During the implementation of Ref.Care, our team provides needs-based and personalised support. This includes online training sessions and on-site support during consultation hours for up to two days. We also offer training for new employees as well as advanced in-depth training on specific topics.
We provide continuous IT support via a telephone hotline and offer free updates. We are also happy to assist you with the secure storage and archiving of treatment data.
In addition, we provide a comprehensive user manual and various quick reference guides.
License terms & costs
The costs for Ref.Care depend on the scope of use in your outpatient clinic. We are happy to provide you with a non-binding quote – just contact us.
Licenses are based on a non-commercial model between public institutions. This means all revenue goes directly into the use and further development of the software, no profit is made.
