Ref.Care was developed as tailored documentation software to provide the best possible support for healthcare services for refugees. From the very beginning, we have been in close dialogue with users.

We are currently working on Ref.Care 2.0 together with external software developers. In doing so, we are incorporating the feedback gathered so far and adding new functions and modules to the software.

We are deliberately retaining the familiar structure of Ref.Care. At the same time, for version 2.0, we are optimizing the design and the underlying workflows to further simplify day-to-day work in healthcare provision and administration.

New modules are being developed based on scientific evidence and the specific requirements of our users. We are currently testing Ref.Care 2.0 intensively while also preparing the transition from the current version to the new one.
