Ref.Care was specifically designed for medical documentation in refugee reception centers and is further development happens developed in close collaboration with its users. This allows the specific requirements of this care context to be directly incorporated.
Improved continuity of care
With patients’ consent, relevant care data can be exchanged electronically and in encrypted form between the facilities using Ref.Care. This improves coordination and continuity of care. Interfaces to the general healthcare system are planned.
Care planning & monitoring
The integrated ‘Surveillance Module’ in Ref.Care enables anonymized evaluation of treatment data “at the push of a button”. This simplifies healthcare planning and provides valuable public health insights through regular, comparable statistical analysis. At its basis is a collaboratively developed set of indicators. This allows users to incorporate their own questions into regular evaluations.
